After more than 10 years of building my own personal brand and helping corporate leaders and public figures do the same, I’ve seen one big roadblock stop just about everyone:

“What should I post?!”

It’s the question I get asked the most. And it’s the one thing that keeps so many smart, talented professionals from showing up online the way they want to – with confidence, clarity, and consistency.

So I decided it’s time to do something about it.

I’m launching a brand new group experience just for passionate women and underrepresented voices who are ready to own their voice, grow their visibility, and finally get the recognition they deserve, especially on LinkedIn and beyond.

Whether you’re leading a team, launching something new, or simply ready to step into a bigger version of yourself, this is for you.

You’ll get coaching, community, personalized guidance from me (I’ve personally crafted tens of thousands of social media posts over the last 15 years so yes, I can help you figure out exactly what to say) and all the support you need to build a personal brand that actually feels like you.

It’ll be small and intimate, probably limited to around 10 people, and it’s launching soon.

If you want to be one of the first to hear the details and grab a spot, hit the link below and join the waitlist.

THE SCOOP

Big thanks to Jess Diamond for having me on her podcast, how to twenty-something!

We talked about how to leverage your LinkedIn, which is essential for professionals regardless of age. Listen here.

FACEBOOK: This is major if you manage a Facebook page. You can now post both pictures and videos together in one post all via Business Suite. I’ve linked an example.

INSTAGRAM: Different ways to think about Trial Reels.

INSTAGRAM: Their new app might have some paid features.

INSTAGRAM: Instagram’s focus is friends.

INSTAGRAM: Enter the secret code. You can try this out for yourself right now. Go to the example from Instagram’s @Design account included in this article. The feature is only being tested right now, but it has a lot of cool uses if it gets rolled out.

LINKEDIN: A text-only post is an easy way for people to start exercising their content-posting muscle. You don’t have to worry about having a picture or video to go along with the post. Act like you’re writing an email to a colleague, bust out a paragraph or two about something you learned last week and post it.

LINKEDIN: In the years that I’ve been managing LinkedIn brand and personal accounts, multi-image posts have always been the clear winner in most-engaging posts. Post those pictures!

LINKEDIN: A new way to trend. Lakshman also answered my question in the comments under his post that brand videos are eligible to be featured in the video trends section as well and not just videos from personal profiles.

LINKEDIN: Comments are growing on LinkedIn by 37%, according to Gyanda Sachdeva, VP of Product Management. They launched two new features related to comments.

META: It’s happening. April 7, 2025 Update: “Starting today, we’re ending our third-party fact checking program in the United States, and Community Notes will start to appear on Facebook, Instagram and Threads.” Here’s what it looks like.

META: Teens can’t go live without permission and more new announcements.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Social media and, more specifically, creators, are changing the digital media landscape. The definition of “celebrity” is also changing.

SUBSTACK: More video features.

YOUTUBE: A mega media giant.

YOUTUBE: Very cool. Hook ideas and brainstorming in-platform.

YOUTUBE: Between Instagram’s Edits app and now this new video editor for Shorts, the platform-specific editing space is getting competitive. I can imagine it’s strategic for the platforms to try and keep creators creating for their specific platform. Platforms don’t necessarily benefit from creators cross-posting.
