Solution giver.
Problem solver.
That is the one key component to being a thought leader – whether as a person or an organization.
People think thought leadership is some big vast complicated thing and itâs not. Itâs simple.
You donât just talk about a problem, you give a well-thought-out attainable solution to that problem.
You know youâre acting in a leadership role if you look back on your day and any communication you did asking yourself, âDid I offer a solution today?â If the answer is yes, you led.
You donât leave people thinking, âWell, what now?â You close the loop.
If you have the solution to a problem and you communicate it, you are a thought leader.
